Admission Procedure
- Candidates should first read through the course information to ensure that they choose the right course and have the minimum entry criteria.
- In order to comply with UK educational regulations applicants need to complete the pre-enrolment procedure as outlined below and return the required documents to us:
- 1) Complete, sign and date the application form.
- 2) Sign, date and return one copy of the ‘Terms and Conditions for Students’ to us.
(The second copy enclosed is for your retention.)
- 3) Two photocopies of your passport photo page
(if you are a International Applicant).
- 4) Course registration fee. This is £200 for UK and EU students and £350
for non-EU students. (Please refer to ‘Terms and Conditions for Student’s
regarding methods of payment etc.)
- 5) Two passport size photographs of yourself.
- 6) Copies of your degree, and other relevant educational and training qualifications.
(Originals of documents should be available for inspection on arrival at
the college prior to starting your course with us.)
- 7) Photocopies of documents / letters confirming any special needs you may
have, where applicable.
- Note: In addition, applicants for the Overseas Nursing Programme will need to send a copy of their NMC assessment letter.
- On receipt of the above documents REGENT IGS will process your application within 14 working days. If you are successful in your application, REGENT IGS will send you a letter with an offer of a place on your chosen course. If you are not successful, we will offer further advice on the prerequisites for enrolment on the course or alternative courses that you could consider. International students may submit this acceptance letter with their visa application as proof of enrolment on a course.
- International students must inform REGENT IGS when they receive their visa. Flights to the UK should not be booked until clear instructions are given by REGENT IGS regarding travel and course dates. If accommodation and airport transfer are required, request forms for these should be sent to REGENT IGS along with the relevant fee.
